This December have your Holiday Luncheon in

the redwoods! Choose from three spectacular luncheon buffet menus by
our new Executive Chef, Tom Fernandez. Buffet menus are:
Presentation Buffet, $30/person includes
- Choice of two entreés from among
- Poached Salmon with a tomato and parsley wine sauce
- Chicken Marsala served with a Marsala wine mushroom sauce
- Pork Loin served with a green peppercorn sauce
- Rice Pilaf Winter Vegetable Medley
- Spinach Salad—baby spinach, basil,
tomato, pinenuts, balsamic dressing
- Classic Caesar Salad—romaine lettuce,
Parmigiano cheese, homemade croutons, roasted garlic

Cavanaugh Buffet, $25/person offers
- Chicken crepes filled with wild mushroom and thyme cream sauce
- Winter Vegetable Medley

Morgan Hill Buffet, $20/person offers
- Two Pasta Entreés
- Pasta Fresca—pasta with fresh
tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil,
garlic
- Pasta Pollo é Funghi—pasta with chicken and wild
mushrooms in a light cream & fresh thyme sauce
- Spinach Salad—baby spinach, basil,
tomato, pinenuts, balsamic dressing

No tax or service charge will be added to the pricing. All tables
will be set with linens and seasonal centerpieces. Vegetarian meals
may be requested with severn (7) days notice.
If you would like to bring your own wine, seven (7) days' advance
notice is required and we have a corkage fee of $10 per bottle.
A final guaranteed guest count is due seven (7) business days prior
to your luncheon.
Please note: Local health department rulings prevent
banquet guests from taking any food from the premises. |
