Nine meeeting facilities are available for both day use groups as well as to those staying overnight. The variety of facilities we offer meets the needs of groups from just a few to nearly 200. We can also reserve outdoor space on our grounds for planned group activities.

Every group package includes one meeting room commensurate with your group size. Additional meeting rooms are available for a fee.

In addition, several gathering locations are available for reservation free of charge. These include:

  • Pueblo Main Hallway (to set up for group arrival check in)
  • Cavanaugh Hallway (to set up for group arrival check in)
  • Dining Room Lobby (to set up for group arrival check in)
  • Convent Chapel (maximum capacity 40)
  • Courtyard Patio — Pueblo Building
  • Pool Patio Area (maximum capacity 75)
  • Redwood Amphitheater (maximum capacity 70)

We value your safety! Due to increased traffic through our driveways and in our parking lots we do not allow group activities in the parking lots. Please plan for your outdoor needs with Guest Services—we are happy to reserve appropriate space for your outdoor activities.
