Every testimonial given to Presentation Center makes glowing mention of the excellent, tasty, nutritious food. All event packages include Full American Plan (up to 3 meals with an overnight stay, depending on arrival and departure times). Individual meals may also be purchased.

Additional food service items can be ordered for your meeting or retreat, including continental breakfast, mid-morning or mid-afternoon snacks, appetizer socials, and coffee and tea service delivered to your meeting room.

We have three dining rooms. Our main dining room, the Curran Room, is the largest, offering panoramic views and seating up to 144 people. Round tables accommodate eight diners each.

The Cavanaugh and Morgan Hill Rooms serve dual function as both dining rooms and meeting rooms, enabling the Center to separate groups that have different activities or styles, or permit all of the dining rooms collectively to accommodate approximately 200 guests.

Meal Times

All meals are served buffet style, and a beverage serving counter is located in each dining room. Meals are served at these times:

• Breakfast:  8:00 AM to 8:45 AM
• Lunch:  12:00 PM to 12:45 PM
• Dinner:   6:00 PM to 6:45 PM

The Curran Dining Room is a comfortable gathering place with wi-fi access, and guests are welcome to use the facility between meals for these purpses when it does not interefere with normal operation of the facility as a dining hall. From time to time, guests may be asked to vacate the Dining Room after meals to facilitate cleaning and set up for the next meal. We ask your cooperation so that we may, first and foremost, maintain a clean and comfortable dining space for all.

Special Dietary Requests

We are able to meet special dietary needs with one week advance notice as follows:

• Ovo-lacto vegetarian:  May contain eggs and dairy products
• Wheat free:  Meals free of wheat products
• Specific product requests:  We can provide peanut butter for sandwiches, and soy or rice milk

Contact your Hospitality Coordinator to make arrangements. We regret that we are unable to meet other special dietary requests. Guests with other dietary needs may make use of the refrigerator and microwave oven in the Pueblo Building coffee room to meet their personal needs.
